Solent Mind is an independent registered charity and is part of a network of over 100 Local Minds that tailor trusted mental health services to communities. Solent Mind sets its own strategies and partnerships, and collaborates with Mind to ensure their campaigns, information and research make a difference in Hampshire. Solent Mind exists to ensure that anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn to for advice and support. Their mental health experts are available to help anyone in need of someone to talk to if they are feeling low, worried or anxious.
