Sight for Wight is an Isle of Wight based charity providing emotional support and practical information to visually impaired people, their families, friends and carers. Sight for Wight provides a range of services and supports a variety of activities and regular groups for Islanders affected by sight loss. The charity aims to support the general well-being of Isle of Wight residents living with sight loss, to reduce isolation and enable them to live safely and independently. Sight for Wight also works on preventing avoidable sight loss, through outreach at public events and an education programme.
