Bantaba4Change is a social enterprise and care agency based in Southampton, specialising in supporting adults with learning difficulties and autism. Bantaba4Change is passionate about helping marginalised women in the inner city of Southampton gain confidence, access opportunities and contribute to their local area. This organisation provides women with the training and skills they need to become employable, as well as mentoring and continued support during employment. Their profit is reinvested into the community to address isolation, enhance social capital and cohesion, whilst also creating employment in the most deprived areas of the city.
